The contract

A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price error is obvious, or payment cannot be taken. We will notify you and refund any payment already made.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken through Shopify’s checkout and its payment providers.

Delivery, risk and title

See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law. See our Refund Policy for returns and cooling-off.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for a claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the English courts. If you are a consumer you may also use the courts of your UK home nation.
